End User License Agreement
Parties and license grant
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you ("End-User") and Calm Now / Calma Agora ("Licensor"). Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Calm Now / Calma Agora mobile application ("Licensed Application") on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use and subject to this EULA and applicable app store rules.
The application
The Licensed Application is a bilingual (English and Portuguese) mental-regulation and brain-training tool offering structured exercises such as breathing, tracing, grounding, and thought reframing. It is not a medical device and does not provide clinical treatment.
Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Licensed Application except as expressly permitted by law. You may not use the Licensed Application to build a competing product or for any unlawful purpose.
App Store and Google Play
If you obtained the Licensed Application through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also governed by that store's terms. Apple and Google are not parties to this EULA and are not responsible for the Licensed Application or its content. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you as permitted by store rules.
Support and updates
Licensor may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features at its discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Licensed Application will be error-free. Support requests: support@calmnow.click.
Wellness disclaimer
The Licensed Application is for wellness and self-help practice only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not use it as a substitute for professional care or emergency services.
Warranty disclaimer and liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION.
Product claims
Calm Now / Calma Agora, not Apple, Google, or any app store operator, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Licensed Application, including product liability, legal compliance, and consumer protection claims, subject to store rules that allocate responsibility between developer and store.
Termination and governing law
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Licensed Application. This EULA is governed by the laws of Portugal. Our Privacy Policy at /privacy describes how we process personal data.
