This Privacy Policy describes how Calm Now / Calma Agora ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our mobile application, web application, and website at calmnow.click (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Information you provide

When you create an account, we collect information you provide directly, such as your email address and password (handled through our authentication provider). You may also contact us by email, in which case we process the information you include in your message.

App and usage data

When you use the app with an account, we store exercise session data (such as duration, scores, and streaks), app preferences, and progress needed to sync your activity across devices. This data is stored in our cloud database.

Information collected automatically

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, including device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and diagnostic logs. If the app encounters an error, our error monitoring service may receive crash reports and related context (such as device information and anonymized session identifiers) to help us fix issues.

Push notifications

If you opt in to push notifications, we use a third-party push service to send alerts about your account or app features. Push delivery requires a device identifier or push token. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

How we use information

We use personal information to provide and maintain the Services, authenticate users, sync progress, send service-related emails (such as account or security notices), deliver push notifications you have requested, monitor and fix errors, improve exercises and features, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Legal bases (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we process personal information to perform our contract with you (providing the Services), based on our legitimate interests (security, product improvement, and error monitoring, balanced against your rights), and with your consent where required (for example, push notifications). Third-party service providers

We use trusted processors to operate the Services. They process data only on our instructions and for the purposes described here: Supabase (supabase.com) — authentication, database, and file storage; Brevo (brevo.com) — transactional and service email; OneSignal (onesignal.com) — push notifications when you opt in; Sentry (sentry.io) — error and crash monitoring. Each provider maintains its own privacy and security practices.

Sharing and sales

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information with the processors listed above, with professional advisers where necessary, and when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may transfer as part of that transaction with notice where required by law.

Retention, security, and transfers

We retain account and session data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal, security, or backup purposes. We use technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our processors may process data in countries outside your own; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights and account deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
